Day 1~Favorite Disney Movie

TOY STORY

This probably comes as no surprise, but my all time favorite Disney movie is Toy Story. There's so many reasons why, and I'm happy to be able to use this blog to explain them.

First of all, I am the most proud of this movie then anything else Disney has created. It's changed the face of modern animation, which was not an easy feat. Toy Story is the first movie that Disney and Pixar put out, and since its release there have been ten more Pixar films that have all been high successes. Not only did Toy Story help provide us Disney fanatics with such classics as Finding Nemo and Up, but this film also gave way to its two sequels. Both of these sequels have their own accomplishments. Toy Story 2, showed the world that a sequel CAN be just as good as the first. It also highlighted the brillance of Pixar's heartwarming moments such as Jessie in her seen "When she loved Me." And now the third one(which I plan on providing an entire blog post for) is on its way to breaking records.

Besides, the brilliant animation and all of the works that we have been blessed by because of Toy Story, there are other reasons why I love this film. Every single character is appealing to me, honestly I even enjoy the character of Sid because I can totally picture him as the kid that used to live next door to me. Each character has their own flaws (Woody is insanely jealous, while Rex has small arms). And each has their own story lines. But all fit into one evenly crafted fresh plot line. Never before were toys such appealing characters as they are in Toy Story.

I could watch this movie(and its sequels) everyday. And sometimes I do. I own a Mrs. Potato Head, a Rex stuff animal, and wayyyyyyy too many Toy Story Knick Knacks. When down in Florida, if given the opportunity to work at Pizza Planet I would be more than thrilled. Because not only is Toy Story my favorite Disney movie of all time, its my favorite movie of all time.
